You can sign up or subscribe to the SecureIT Plus service by calling us at 800-249-5251.
- Service Delivery
The services can be delivered through a set of CDs or instantly through an online download. The CDs work best when your Internet connection is through a dial-up modem.
- Service Installation
Once the CDs or online download has been received the next step is the installation of the service software. This is a very straight forward and simple process with full online directions to help you through the process. Additionally SecurityCoverage provides the only 'Online Installation Assistance' available today. If you'd rather have our technical specialists do the installation for you simply give us a call at 877-373-3320 and we can work directly onscreen with you to complete the setup (working Internet connection required).
- Initial Maintenance
Immediately after installation the computer will go through a clean-up and update process to ensure your machine is optimized and fully protected.
- Ongoing Protection / Reporting
For the life of your subscription to SecureIT Plus your computer will stay fully protected and optimized by performing routine security scanning and maintenance tasks and by applying the latest virus protection, the latest spyware protection, any released Microsoft security patches. In addition online reporting is available 24x7 and monthly summary emails will be sent directly to you so you can continue to see the value we provide.
