Q: What does Server Management cover?

A: We cover all updates and issues with the operating system, issues with the physical hardware, and any applications you have opted to include with your agreement.

Q: If I have a problem with my line of business application on my server, will Northwest Communications help me fix it?

A: If you have covered that application under our agreement, then yes we will cover it under our agreement. Otherwise, we would be happy to help you get it up and going at our hourly rate.
