Set Up Windows Mail to Check Mail and Send Mail

In Windows Mail, go to the Tools menus and select Accounts...


On the Internet Accounts screen, go to the Add... button.


Select E-mail Account and click Next.


In the Display name field, type your name the way you would like people to see it when they receive email from you. For example: John Smith.

Click Next


In the E-mail address field, enter your email address, For example: username@ncn.net

Click Next


In the Incoming mail field, enter mail.ncn.net

In the Outgoing mail field, also enter mail.ncn.net

Click Next


The Account name field will automatically fill in with the correct account name. Click in to the Password field and type in your password.

Click Next


Click Finish, This completes the basic setup - you will now be able to send and receive email in Windows Mail.
